At Winder Taylor Fallows we recommend that you should contact us as soon as you decide to either buy or sell a property. One of our experienced conveyancing staff can then provide you with independent initial advice that should help to ensure that the conveyancing process runs smoothly.
Our firm's aim is to guide you through the confusion and complexity that all too often accompanies the conveyancing process.
We will not blind you with legal jargon but will explain to you in plain English all the various stages of the conveyancing process. You can rest assured that we will ensure that all the necessary procedures within the conveyancing process are undertaken on your behalf up to and including the registration of property in your name.
Once the conveyancing transaction has been completed we are then available to help should any further issues affecting the property arise.
HIPS made simple
We can take the worry out of HIPS.
For clients who instruct us in the sale of a property a HIP can be prepared for a sum of £300 (Including VAT).
Energy Performance Certificates - EPC
From 1 October 2008 all homes on the market for sale will require an EPC.
For clients who instruct us in the sale of the property we can make the necessary arrangements.
